You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OLEP, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the website or services
   
• Your violation of this Agreement
   
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right
   

OLEP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or used the services in an improper or unlawful manner.
